The terms that govern your use of Memory Travel and your orders.
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Memory Travel website and the purchase of our photobooks. By creating a design, placing an order, or otherwise using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Our products
Memory Travel offers personalised travel photobooks in two formats: a digital edition (a downloadable, print-quality PDF) and a digital + print edition (the digital file plus a physical hardcover). Each book is made to order from the photos and layout you provide.
3. Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes. Designing a book is free; payment is taken at checkout when you choose to download or order a printed copy. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, and your order is confirmed by email.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload. By using Memory Travel you grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to create and deliver your photobook. You confirm that you have the right to use the content you upload and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or any applicable law.
5. Delivery
Digital books are delivered electronically as soon as your order is complete. Printed books are produced and shipped within approximately 5–12 business days, depending on your location. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
6. Refunds
Our refund terms — including our 30-day satisfaction guarantee — are set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to upload unlawful, infringing, or offensive content, and not to misuse, copy, or disrupt the service. We may refuse or cancel any order that breaches these terms.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
